Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

Come join us as we turn simple-looking paper strips into beautiful art by paper quilling. Paper quilling involves rolling, looping, curling and shaping paper strips and then combining them to create designs.
