Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements. It does not matter how strong, flexible you are - Tai Chi is designed for people of all levels of health.
The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful.
Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

Designed to support the information needs of patients, Consumer Health Complete provides access to easily understandable health and medical information. You can search and browse medical encyclopedias, reference books, fact sheets and pamphlets, magazine articles, and more. This resource is provided by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
