Hey adults, has it been a long summer? Are you ready for the kids to go back to school?

Get moving together with this fun-filled, heart pumping workout for all ages featuring Latin, hip-hop, and pop inspired music/choreography.

No matter your level of experience there is something to gain from these all level yoga classes taught by a certified yoga instructor.

A vision board is a collage of images, pictures, and words of goals, dreams, and desires designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation.

Safe Kids will be in the lobby with coloring sheets, safety tips, bracelets, pencils, book markers to learn about pedestrian safety.  They will have a helmet display to show children how a helmet should properly fit.
