Metro Writes is a monthly club for writers of all experience levels to hone your skills, meet new friends and get inspired! Each month, we'll have a different speaker followed by networking time. Better yet, it's free!

This month, Charles Martin of Literati Press will discuss the business of publishing, especially as it relates to small presses. Charles J. Martin is a novelist, comic book creator, screenwriter, and the Creative Director of Literati Press Comics & Novels--a bookshop and creative writing center located in the Paseo Arts District. Martin authored nine published novels, a short story collection, and four ongoing comic book series while also editing and publishing over fifty other titles through Literati Press.
