Metro Writes: Spooky Stories with Author Jeff Provine

Metro Writes is a monthly club for writers of all experience levels to hone your skills, meet new friends and get inspired! Each month, we'll have a different speaker followed by networking time. Better yet, it's free!

This month, Jeff Provine will talk about his process for writing scary stories. Jeff Provine loves to tell a good story. Much of his work has been in nonfiction gathering folklore across the state of Oklahoma, leading to several publications including Secret Oklahoma City and Haunted Oklahoma. Jeff also creates comics as editor and is a booster for the Oklahoma comics scene with the Oklahoma Comic Arts Foundation. He lives in Norman and serves as professor of English at Oklahoma City Community College.
