Join our Artsy Fartsy program for teens at the library! Each session starts with a quick intro to a featured artist, followed by time for you to create your own artwork using provided supplies.

Take a break! Join us to meet new friends or spend time as a family playing together. Playing tabletop games helps to build skills such as: problem solving, teamwork, spatial reasoning, and communication.

Learn the basics of becoming a U.S. Citizen! The Southern Oaks Public Library is partnering with Community Literary Centers to provide free weekly classes that explore the steps of the naturalization process.

Metro Writes is a monthly club for writers of all experience levels to hone your skills, meet new friends and get inspired! Each month, we'll have a different speaker followed by networking time. Better yet, it's free!

Open to all teens aged 12-18. Apply online so that you can receive volunteer hours for your participation.
