Event Description
Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active. During class, you will learn how to make healthy choices, find time to be more active, change unhealthy behaviors, lose weight and feel great. The Total Wellness program is sponsored by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department.
