In this three-week series, Carolina Smith from the AR Workshop in Edmond, will introduce teens and adults to quilling, an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. By Class 3, participants will be advanced enough to outline and decorate their initial letter using the "on edge" technique.
