Hey, Diddle Diddle-- Kids and families will love Mother Goose on the Loose ®! Mother Goose on the Loose ® is a play-based early literacy program that uses books, puppets, flannel pieces, music, and movement to bring language and literacy to life!

The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Participants of the class must complete Beginners' Tai Chi instruction.

Tweens! Thursdays are YOUR day in the library. On the first and third Thursday of every month, we'll have classes, activities and all kinds of fun just for you.

Looking for something fun to do after school? Do you like movies? Join our After School Movie Club! Movies will be shown every Thursday at 4 PM. Snacks will be provided.

Chess sets may also be checked out for in-library use at any time by visiting the information desk. This is a recurring event and takes place every Friday.

Do you love to read but just don't have the time for a formal book club? Join us for a new quarterly event with material chosen by you and your fellow readers! Del City Library Room A. Tuesday 6:00 to 7:00.

Love Anime and/or Manga? Join our Anime club on Zoom and talk to like minded teens about your favorite shows and books! This event is every week for teens aged 13-17.

Do you enjoy playing board games? Then join us at the Bethany Library for an evening of fun and excitement! We will have classic games, modern games, and card games. While you're here feel free to check out our collection about games.

Learn about emergency preparedness through a presentation by staff from the Oklahoma City Office of Emergency Management (OKC OEM).

Youth ages 9-14 (grades 4-8) will learn coding and computer programming skills, and use those skills to complete a FIRST LEGO LEAGUE challenge. Prior coding and building knowledge is welcome but not necessary.

November is Indigenous Peoples' Month.

This six-week coding club for teens will use Google CS First curriculum to learn computer science fundamentals. Students will use Scratch to program a series of fun projects. No previous coding experience necessary!

August is National Dog Month! Dogs are the #1 most commonly owned pets on the planet, and with good reason. Did you know that scientific studies prove our pawsome companions make us happier, less stressed, and more optimistic?

Join us at the library for an in-person open game night! We'll have plenty of board games, a Nintendo Switch, and tons of snacks. Bring your friends and come hang with us at the Del City Library.

Festive Friday Nights in Historic Capitol Hill. Held on the 3rd Friday of the summer months with Pop up Shops, DJ music, and live performances. Capitol Hill Library joined other nonprofit community organizations with vendor booths.
