Take home your own finger sized labyrinth card to use anywhere! This will include directions on how to meditate utilizing this ancient practice and information about the known health benefits. Color and design your own labyrinth and see examples of all the different labyrinth styles used around the world. Also find local labyrinths to visit and resources for learning more.
