The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful.

Bring your own project and materials to knit, crochet, or sew your way through the afternoon with members of the community who share your enthusiasm for crafts. All types of fiber arts welcome!

Exercise while having fun! Let's learn to line dance at the library. Learn basic, and advanced dance steps with dance instruction Gene Fowler. Enjoy a social activity, and get great exercise. No experience necessary.
