The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful.

This will be a two day session program event. Session One will include creating the pouch. Session Two will include sanding, painting, and incorporating the twine and beads. Must have completed Session One to attend Session Two.
