Join us every Monday in June and July as we read stories, dance, sing songs, and play! Little ones will be introduced to early literacy concepts while playing and interacting with other kids their age.
Join us with your preschooler as we play with arts and crafts. Projects are process based and are designed to help kids with their fine motor skills, self expression, and many other valuable concepts.

Bring your own quilting or other project and get a chance to work on it with like-minded people. They'll even offer advice if asked. Be sure to check out a quilting book from our collection!
Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that the library is open down in the first floor atrium. We have fantastic volunteer pianists playing our baby grand piano.
Children ages 1-18 are invited to enjoy a meal from 12-2 p.m. at Ralph Ellison Library.

Come learn to use our Makerspace equipment including our 3D printer, Cricut cutting machine, sewing machine, button maker, green screen, and more! Lab space is limited, please register in advance.
Learn how to turn everyday trash into nature's treasure! Kids will learn about the many ways we can use our waste to work for us and not against us. You will walk away with your very own vermicomposting bin as well!
