Program Description

Event Description

UShine is a local mental and emotional health nonprofit that exists to spark passion for proactive mental health, promote compassion for others, and build hope for a mentally thriving world. Through our Healthy Habits program, UShine educates young people on what mental health is, why it’s important, and HOW to build and maintain strong mental health. By participating in a Healthy Habits small group alongside other young people, participants will learn about and implement the necessary tools to thrive mentally and emotionally.
