Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere.
Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements. It does not matter how strong, flexible you are - Tai Chi is designed for people of all levels of health.

Do you need a little extra help with your reading? Come by the library once a week on Tuesdays to help get back on track. Students will be paired with a teen volunteer to practice and gain confidence in their reading ability.
