ALZHEIMER’S ASSOCIATION CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP

Write a novel during the month of November! Join in as writers try to write 50,000 words of a novel in thirty days. (Or bring your existing project and keep working.) Bring your computer or favorite way to write and hit those word count goals.

Learn the basics of English in this class made possible by Community Literacy Centers. This introductory level class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-8:00pm. 

Join wellness practitioners Anna and Mark for a relaxing sound bath and meditation at your local library!

We have yarn and needles, and we're ready to knit! We will start with the basics and learn to knit together. Shown to reduce stress and foster a sense of calm, knitting serves as a creative outlet and can aid us in building healthy community.

Join us for a Book Adventure! Meet with other kids to discuss Tuesday by David Weisner. We will have a snack and play a game, or make a craft. Read the book before coming to the program.
