Event Description

Join us for all level Yoga and Meditation classes taught by a certified yoga instructor. Yoga has numerous benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved muscle strength, increased blood flow, better posture, balance, and more! Learn about deep breathing and full body stretching to unite body and mind and promote relaxation. Improve your physical, mental, and emotional health through these Yoga and Meditation classes.  A yoga mat is recommended. Registration is required for each class.

The first six classes are Yoga & Meditation and the last two classes are Meditation classes:   

Yoga & Meditation class:  June 2, 9, 23, 30 and July 7 and 14

Meditation class:  July 21

Sound Bath Meditation class:  July 28
