Event Description
Prepare yourself to create some art! We'll have a slideshow of some modern and classic children's book illustration, and point you toward tutorials on the techniques used. Art supplies of all sorts will be provided for you to make pictures for your own story or re-interpret a classic story in new techniques. You can try out watercolors, markers, colored pencil, paper collage, and acrylic paints plus more!
All ages of kids and adults are welcome-- parents, please attend along with your younger children.
In the event of inclement weather, this program will be rescheduled to the following Saturday.
