Do you want to attend the Book Lover's Ball on February 15th, but don't have a costume yet? Come to this program and get some ideas to turn your favorite book (or character, setting, or item) into a hat, headband, or anything you can wear on your head! Materials will be provided.
You don't need to have attended our January event, Costume Crafting; this is a stand-alone event.
