Teen Book Subscription Boxes

You know those subscription box services where you pay to receive a mystery box of goodies every month? Well, this is just like that, only FREE! Sign up to receive 2 YA books from the library picked especially for you, plus additional book recommendations, and some fun treats. When your items are due, you'll return the library books. Everything else is yours to keep!

Once you've registered, go to https://forms.gle/UMsEAYPeVso71hAn8 to personalize your book box. (If this step is not completed, participant will receive a random selection of books and will not receive additional personalized recommendations.)

*NOTE: This program is for teens in eighth grade and above. Books will be selected from the YA collection of the library. While the library staff will endeavor to select material based on the stated age and grade level of the child, books have not been screened for content, and library staff cannot guarantee book will be free of all references to mature themes, sexual references, profanity or other content inappropriate for children, tweens or younger teens. Please do not register elementary school children for this program. Elementary children and younger can take advantage of our ongoing Book Bundles program by calling the Northwest Library at 606-3580. By registering your child, you are agreeing to the following:

I accept that while the library staff will endeavor to meet my requests regarding these topics, they are not liable for content I or my teen find objectionable. I further accept that is the final responsibility of the teen and their parents/legal guardians to determine what is and is not appropriate reading material for a particular teen.
