Event Description
Come by Capitol Hill and help us celebrate the Day of the Dead. We will have paper mache skulls and the supplies needed ready to decorate in the style of sugar skulls. You'll have to register for the program in order to receive the kit. Registrants can pick up their kit anytime between Monday October 26 and Thursday October 29.
