Seniors stay active and independent! SAIL is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels. This class meets on Wednesdays from 10 AM to 11 AM. Join the Library and instructors from the UCO's Center for Active Living & Learning for fun and fitness!
