Create your own personalized pennants that look like items from the Library's historical State Fair collection. Based on souvenirs from the 1930s, this kit comes with a felt pennant, ties, logo and year, and puff paint to decorate with. Add crafts from your home to personalize your souvenir pennant.
All guests who receive this take-home kit will be entered into a raffle for State Fair tickets.
