Create your own personalized pennant that looks like items from the library's historical State Fair collection. Based on souvenirs from the 1930s, this kit comes with a felt pennant, ties, logo and year, and puff paint to decorate with. Add crafts from your home to personalize your souvenir pennant.
All guests who receive this take-home kit have the option to be entered into a raffle for State Fair tickets. (Limit: 1 entry per person. 1 kit per family.) Available while supplies last.
