Celebrate the joys of summer with our Kids Yoga program! Designed by Taylor Conner, an OSU Extension Office Family & Consumer Science Educator, this exciting weekly yoga session is perfect for kids! Each Monday afternoon in June, children will explore gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and creative movement--all tailored to keep them active, calm, and connected during the sunny season. The program lasts approximately 45 minutes and includes guided yoga and mindfulness activities.
This program is ideal for kids ages 5-9.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled; mats will be provided or you're welcome to bring your own. Register and reserve your spot today!
