Program Description

Event Description

Traditional Pacific Island Jewelry was originally made using neolithic tools. Jewelry contained a massive variety of natural treasures such as sharks teeth, obsidian, shells, teeth, bone, bush fiber, feathers, stones, wood and turtle shell. As soon as Pacific Cultures came in contact with Europeans they also began incorporating glass trade beads.

Join us as we create our own in homage to their cultural beauty. Feel free to bring any of your own treasures you would like used in your piece.
