Event Description
Get moving with Pilates instructor, Dottie Small! She will lead this 45-minute, all-levels Pilates class and provide modifications for beginners, as well as something extra for those wanting more of a challenge. Dottie focuses on form and intentional movements, connecting body to breath. From standing to mat work, expect a full body workout - while having fun! While props aren't needed, Dottie will provide ideas of how to elevate your workout with items around your house. Grab your mat, or find a comfortable flat surface, turn on your tunes and let's get moving!
