Event Description

Building on Louise Erdrich books about the Ojibwe tribe and their use of birchbark for home building materials and crafts and various Ojibwe flower symbolism the craft will create two beaded, birchbark tags that can be used for package decoration or other ornamental uses. Kit will include recommended YA reading list of titles with Native American themes.

Kits may be picked up at the Downtown Library via Curbside Delivery or inside at the Circulation Desk beginning November 1 - November 13, 2022.
