Come learn how to play Magic the Gathering!

No experience or supplies needed.

Do you love world-building, playing games, creative narratives, or simply being around a cool group of people? Come meet new friends and learn a new hobby at the Del City Magic the Gathering Beginners night!

Magic the Gathering is a collectible card game that has been around since 1993. It is a fun, fast-paced, and engaging game that merges creative and technical thinking. You will learn the basics of Magic, including the meaning of specific colors, how to read a card, how to build a deck, and the rules of the game. At the end of your first night you will have a deck box, sleeves, cards, and a life counter to take home! Bring it to the next night to continue learning, collecting, and building your deck!

MagiKids has generously donated bulk cards, packs, lands, sleeves, deck boxes, life counters, and so much more! With this donation to the Del City Library, we will be offering a beginner's Magic the Gathering Night every other Monday through June and July, starting June 3rd at 5:30 PM.

Come join us for an engaging and fun night of playing Magic the Gathering!

Don't worry about experience, supplies, or skill. Simply come by to try something new!
