Event Description

Exercise your creativity by joining the 2020 Kids Create Art Contest! We're now accepting submissions from artists ages 5-12 in the following categories:

2D Art (painting, drawing, chalk art, etc.)
3D Art (sculpture, jewelry, etc.)
Short Story
Photography

Here's how it works:

1) Register online. Each artist may register only once for each category (maximum 4 entries). After you register, you will receive an email with specific instructions about how to submit your entry for judging.

2) Submit your artwork digitally (no art will be accepted physically). Each category will be broken down into four age groups:

Group A: 5-6 years old
Group B: 7-8 years old
Group C: 9-10 years old
Group D: 11-12 years old

Artwork will be judged by members of the Del City Library staff. Winners from each group will receive a medal, a certificate, and their artwork on display. Runners-up will receive a certificate. All awards must be picked up using our curbside service. Winners will be announced October 1, 2020.
