Program Description

Event Description

Practice makes perfect in sports, and the same is true in school. Research has shown that the best way for children to improve their reading, math, and science reasoning skills is through practice. Children are invited to practice reading with a staff member or volunteer and to get help with their homework. Parents or caregivers may sign their children up online the day before the program. Availability is limited. This is a recurring event and takes place on Tuesdays during the school year. Call the library to register at 405-231-8650 and inquire about program availability during school vacations, school closures, and inclement weather.
