Happy Noon Year!! Do you have a little one who really wants to join the holiday festivities but might not quite make it until midnight? No one needs to miss out on the fun! Ring in the new year with an early party at your library! We'll play games, make party hats, and practice counting down to 2020!
Targeted age for this event is 3-10, with parents.
