Happy New Year! Visit the Del City Library to celebrate 2025 before bedtime. We'll have activities, crafts, balloons and an early countdown to 2025! For children ages 1-8. (Allergy and safety information: There will be balloons used during the program which can be a choking hazard and an issue for those with a latex allergy.)
