DIY Crafts: Dye It

Do you enjoy DIY design?  Join us for our Shibori Dyeing Class where we will demonstrate two techniques that will allow you to produce different designs on fabric.   So what's Shibori?  Shibori is an ancient Japanese dyeing technique in which cloth is folded, bound, twisted, or compressed to produce indigo patterns after treatment.  We will supply everything you need, but you may bring your own additional natural fabric items such as clothing if you wish.  We will be using a synthetic indigo kit.  Don't forget to check out the library's many crafting materials for more inspiration!
