If you want to improve your health but have difficulty with standing exercises, try a chair yoga class with a registered yoga instructor. Chair exercises may be helpful for those suffering from a variety of health conditions or those who have trouble moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga. Then checkout our collection of books and DVDs to learn more about how to improve your health and well-being. The four sessions will premiere at 10 a.m. on Metropolitan Library System Facebook page and will also be available for later viewing on our Facebook page by clicking on Videos. We recommend talking with your doctor before starting any exercise program.
