Program Description

Event Description

Calling all writers! Join us this April for Camp NaNoWrimo. This month-long writing challenge takes place every April and July, and offers you the flexibility to try something new with your writing. The key differences between Camp NaNoWriMo and our November writing challenge are that during Camp, you can set your own word-count goal (you’re not locked into 50,000 words!), and you can officially tackle any kind of writing project, novel or not. Learn more about Camp NaNo here.

This weekly event will feature a mini workshop lead by an established writer, author or editor for 30 minutes presentation AND an hour of writing time for all who come! All you need to bring is you and whatever you're working on this April!

4-4 Marisa Mohi: "Messy First Drafts and Failing Camp NaNoWriMo with Style"

4-11 Alysha Welliver:

4-18 Danielle Ellison:

4-25 Lara Bernhardt: "The Art of Revision"
