Room reservation rates are $10/hour.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include set up and clean up time and you are responsible for set up and clean up of the room.
Equipment
Room includes a built-in projector, screen, dry-erase board, and podium with a microphone. Please note that this library only has one podium, so the first group who requests it will receive usage of it.
AV equipment must be requested at the time of reservation. Training will be provided in advance, if needed. Otherwise, the group will be responsible for providing a person to operate the equipment.
Seating

The library offers up to:
- 20 rectangular tables
- 56 chairs
Recommended room setups:
- 56 with chairs only
- 28 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 20 in U-shaped conference seating
- 28 in square-shaped conference seating
Please note that this library has a limited number of tables and chairs, which are available on a first come, first served basis.
