*Beginning 10/22/24, the Village Library will be replacing the roof of their building. For the immediate future, there will be construction noise that may be disruptive. We apologize for the inconvenience.*
Room reservation rates are $10/hour.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include set up and clean up time and you are responsible for set up and clean up of the room.
Equipment
Room includes a screen and a dry-erase board. You may also request a projector (PC compatible only; HDMI & VGA connections with accompanying cables) and/or a podium. Please note that this library only has one podium, so the first group who requests it will receive usage of it.
AV equipment must be requested at the time of reservation. Training will be provided in advance, if needed. Otherwise, the group will be responsible for providing a person to operate the equipment.
Seating
***You are responsible for set up and clean up of the room.***
The library offers up to:
- 12 rectangular tables
- 24 chairs
Recommended room setups:
- 75 with chairs only (audience seating)
- 24 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 18 in U-shape conference seating
- 24 in square conference seating
Please note that this library has a limited number of tables and chairs, which are available on a first come, first served basis.
