Room reservation rates are $10/hour.
All events must be free and open to the public. No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include set up and clean up time and you are responsible for set up and clean up of the room.
Equipment
Room includes a mounted TV and a dry-erase board. You may also request a podium, a projector, HDMI/VGA cables, and/or a media cart.
AV equipment must be requested at the time of reservation. Training will be provided in advance, if needed. Otherwise, the group will be responsible for providing a person to operate the equipment.
Seating
***You are responsible for set up and clean up of the room.***
The library offers up to:
- 10 rectangular tables
- 49 chairs
Recommended room capacities:
- 35 with chairs only
- 16 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 12 in U-conference seating
- 16 in square conference seating
Please note that this library has a limited number of tables and chairs, which are available on a first come, first served basis.
