The OKC Mobile Market offers fresh produce to residents of Oklahoma County at no cost. We know that access to fresh fruit and vegetables is a barrier for many folks in the community, not only due to food deserts, but also the rising cost of food.
During National Lead Poisoning Prevention Week (October 19-25), the Oklahoma State Department of Health is hosting free community lead testing events by bringing a portable device to the library which can detect lead in consumer products.
