Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance or fitness is critical for staying active and reducing risk falls.

A Hanukkah menorah, sometimes called a hanukkiah, has branches for nine candles—one for each night of the eight-day holiday, plus the shammash (the "helper" candle used to light the other eight flames).

Come join a group of Cozy Mystery lovers.  Each month we discuss either a single book or an entire book series.  For the month of December we each choose ONE book from the Christmas Tree Farms Mysteries by Jacqueline Frost to discuss.

The Pet Food Pantry of Oklahoma, Central Oklahoma's Food Bank for Pets, will bring their mobile food pantry to the Ralph Ellison parking lot to give away food for your dog or cat. Food available while supplies last.

Help us make a difference for animals in our community! Join us to make DIY dog toys using everyday household items. Everything we make will be donated to Oklahoma City Animal Welfare for dogs in need.

Take the monthly challenge! This is a recurring event that takes place on the first Tuesday of each month at the Midwest City Library. Similar events take place at other locations.

Practice makes perfect in sports, and the same is true in school. Join us on Wednesdays to practice reading with a volunteer tutor or get help with your homework. No registration is required. Recommended for grades K-6.

Prepare for the U.S. Citizenship process in this class made possibly by Community Literacy Centers. This class meets every Wednesday from 4:30-6:30pm.
