Experimenting in Your Creative Writing

Have you always wanted to explore creative writing but never had the chance? Join us in this creative writing program where explore experimentation and how to use it in your own writing!

Calling all crafters! Join us for an hour of crafting fun as you meet new people and learn a new skill. Each month will be a unique project that you can take home. All materials are provided. 

Join this free class for a basic introduction to computers, keyboarding, and email.

Downtown Crochet & Knit Club!

Join us for an hour of painting and mocktails! We'll be guided through a video tutorial step-by-step by an artist to paint a masterpiece while we relax, chat, and enjoy some light refreshments. 

Game on! Put away your electronic devices for an hour or two and have fun with real, live people. A variety of board games will be available, appropriate for ages 10 and up. Bring your friends! Bring your parents!

Use recycled materials to create whatever you wish! Geared at children ages 5 and older and their guardians.

Make a trip to the library your "Sunday Funday" family time activity. Stock up on new books for the week and join us for a fun activity. We will rotate each month between arts & crafts, STEAM challenges, and games.

Join us after school for a chance to have fun with books! Students will get to make their very own book or bookmark and/or read to dogs, stuffed animals, or human volunteers. Check-in anytime between 3:30-4:00 pm. 

Ready, Set,...Chess! Come and join us after school to play chess. All skill levels ages 10 and up are welcome! Come if you are interested in learning how to play or if you are looking for a fun competitive game.

Love anime, manga, K-pop, or K-dramas? Learning an Asian language? Want to visit an Asian country? Come hang out in the Asian Culture Club and make new friends and learn new things! Plus, take home cool stuff like Asian snacks and crafts!

Calling all kids Kindergarten through 5th grade! Each week we explore a new subject through books and activities. 

Join us on the fourth Thursday of each month for two hours of Board Game Club! We'll learn to play a variety of tabletop and board games.

Chess sets may also be checked out for in-library use at any time by visiting the information desk. This is a recurring event and takes place every Friday.

Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss program for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet one hour a week for eight weeks.

Do you love to read but just don't have the time for a formal book club? Join us for a new quarterly event with material chosen by you and your fellow readers! Del City Library Room A. Monday 6:00 to 7:00.

Prof. James Davenport, Associate Dean for Social Sciences at Rose State College presents a lecture series "Civil Discourse, Civic Participation and Citizenship in a Pluralistic Society." 

Have a yarn project you have been working on? Join us as we gather in a safe space to share our yarn expertise and learn from one another. We will be working the same pattern until the project is completed.
