Come join us on a journey of playful learning - a special weekly get together created just for little ones and their caregivers. Activities will include music, movement, stories, and playtime adventures for children under 5.

For ages 8-13. Kids will learn a variety of techniques and exercises to help them relax and calm their minds, as well as build strength, increase flexibility and improve coordination.
