Join us for a storytime at your neighborhood library! Skilled librarians will introduce little ones to the library and show parents and caregivers invaluable information on reading readiness and create excitement about reading.

Adults and teens, ages 16 and older, can improve their reading, spelling, and writing skills in this free class. The class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday and is coordinated by Community Literacy Centers (CLC).

Come join us on a journey of playful learning - a special weekly get together created just for little ones and their caregivers. Activities will include music, movement, stories, and playtime adventures for children under 5.

This program is perfect for young children. We will share short books together and sing songs and do motions with parents help. Suggested ages 0-2. 

This is a continuation of the previous 6 week class. We are not taking new registrations for this program. Keep an eye out for another class in the spring.

Visit the Metropolitan Library System's most historic library us for a little "caffeination", conversation and education! You can enjoy a cup coffee with friends while we discuss topics of interest to our community.

Are you interested in beekeeping? Then, you might be interested in the Jones Public Library's Beekeeping 101 program. Attendees will learn about the importance of bees and the science that is needed to start your own beekeeping hobby.

Raising kids to be successful adults can be hard. There is no manual or checklist to give caregivers all of the answers. One thing every caregiver can do is foster the importance of reading in their child's life--and we are here to help!
