Free computer class on Friday, April 18^th. This session will cover computer and internet navigating. The class is led by the Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) presenter from the TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC).

Join us every Monday and Friday that the library is open down in the first floor atrium. We have fantastic volunteer pianists playing our baby grand piano.

The OKC Mobile Market offers fresh produce to residents of Oklahoma County at no cost. We know that access to fresh fruit and vegetables is a barrier for many folks in the community, not only due to food deserts, but also the rising cost of food.

Need a place to play games with friends, work on your computer, or just visit? Join us for Community Room time every Wednesday from 1-3.

Join us after school for arts and crafts! Each Friday, come do a craft while you hang out with friends. We'll be doing all sorts of things, from bad art night to zines to paper mache!

Chess sets may also be checked out for in-library use at any time by visiting the information desk. This is a recurring event and takes place every Friday.

Learning how to play guitar can seem like a big hurdle, come get your foot in the door with a free beginner guitar lesson at the Southern Oaks Library! Learn the basics of chords, musical scales, strumming, and playing songs!

Learn to Make a Simple Origami Dog and Cat! Kit includes step-by-step instructions with pictures and beautiful origami paper.

Join local author Nicholas Davis for a close encounter with Oklahoma's amazing critters!
