Join us every Monday and Friday that the library is open down in the first floor atrium. We have fantastic volunteer pianists playing our baby grand piano.

Chess sets may also be checked out for in-library use at any time by visiting the information desk. This is a recurring event and takes place every Friday.

Come join us at the OKC Downtown Metropolitan Library this January for the second annual CraftFest! Learn about different hobbies from local arts and crafting guilds!

Join the Knitting Guild, Fiber Artists of America, and Quilting guild as their members demonstrate their crafts. Demonstrations will include Wet Felting, Cross stitch, knitting, and quilting.

Join local craftspeople as they demonstrate paper quilling, a craft that involves wrapping paper into tight coils, and Gelli plating, a type of fabric printing.

Join us on the fourth Saturday of each month to complete a LEGO challenge. All LEGO's will be provided.
