Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing.

Seniors stay active and independent! SAIL is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living.

Come join us as we turn simple-looking paper strips into beautiful art by paper quilling. Paper quilling involves rolling, looping, curling and shaping paper strips and then combining them to create designs.

Who said it? Come show us how well you know Taylor Swift... or William Shakespeare. You will be given a number of quotes and you must tell us who said it! This event will also have arts and crafts and prizes relating to your favorite poets.
