Join presenter, Dr. Karlos Hill, at the Ralph Ellison Library for a discussion on the important history behind the little-known All-Black towns in Oklahoma. This program is intended to promote understanding and cultural enrichment about the rich history of Oklahoma as we celebrate Black History Month.
