123! Play with Me! is a four-week series for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, parents, and caregivers. Fun and play-based, this program provides an environment rich with toys, books, and art activities and an opportunity for families to spend time together, make new friends, and talk one-on-one with early childhood and family support specialists.
Playing with your baby or toddler is not only important for bonding but is also an educational experience for your child. We are providing a special time for you to come to the library and spend one-on-one time playing with your little one.

Join us for an afternoon of crafts for grown-ups! Supplies and space are limited, so please pre-register. Bring your maker mindset and prepare to be inspired!
Gather your team of up to 4 people to compete against other groups in a timed jigsaw puzzle competition. Teams will have 90 minutes to put together their puzzle - each team will be working on a 500 piece puzzle provided by the library.
Get the family together and join Firefighter Jesse as we read a story about fire safety, practice what to do in a fire, and come up with a family fire escape plan!

Hispanic Heritage History Month is here! Join us to create foil art at the Southern Oaks Library to help celebrate the many influential Hispanic artists of the past and present. We will be using hot glue guns, foil, and sharpies.

Get ready for the fall season with some fun and festive button art! We'll be using hot glue guns to turn buttons into cute seasonal art. You can choose from a ghost or a pumpkin.
