The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful.
*For the month of August we will have a focus on play and socialization. Our programs will be in the big meeting rooms and more closely mimic our Giant Play Times. We will be back to regular programming in September.*

We will be using magazine and newspaper clippings, glue, acrylic paint, washi tape and pens.
You’re never too young or too old to make art! Join us the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month for open-ended creation inspired by different artists and techniques. Children age six and younger should be accompanied by an adult.
